Does a bot join the meeting?
No. MeetSnap runs in your browser and listens to the audio you share, so nothing joins the call. Still disclose your use of an AI assistant where it is required.
Do candidates need to install anything?
No. Candidates join the interview as they normally would. MeetSnap runs only on the interviewer side.
Does it work with Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams?
Yes. It captures the audio of the browser tab your call runs in, so any browser based platform works. There is no connector to set up.
What happens to a candidate CV?
The PDF or DOCX is parsed in your browser and never reaches our servers. Only the extracted text is stored, and you can delete it at any time.
Does the AI decide who to hire?
No. It is advisory and human-in-the-loop. You ask or skip every question and edit the report, and the recommendation is labelled advisory.
Does it analyse faces, tone, or personality?
No, deliberately. MeetSnap scores a text transcript of what was said. There is no facial, voice tone, or personality analysis at all.
Which languages does it support?
MeetSnap transcribes 49 languages and follows a conversation that switches language mid sentence, detected per utterance. Urdu and Hindi additionally arrive transliterated into Roman script, so you get Roman Urdu and Roman Hindi transcripts your panel can read without translating, with technical terms kept in English.
How much does it cost?
