What MeetSnap does

MeetSnap turns any meeting into something you can stay present in instead of scrambling to take notes. During a call it gives you:

• Live answers — ready-to-speak responses tuned to the kind of meeting you are in (interview, sales discovery, HR screen, standup and more).
• Real-time transcription — an accurate, speaker-labelled transcript as people talk.
• Automatic notes and summaries — topics, highlights, action items and keywords generated the instant the call ends.
• Hiring and sales reports — HR mode turns a phone screen into a structured, exportable hiring report; sales mode does the same for discovery calls and demos.

How it works

You share the meeting tab in your browser, or run the desktop overlay during the call. MeetSnap captures the audio and streams it to our real-time speech-to-text provider (Deepgram) over an encrypted connection, where it is transcribed live and never stored — we operate it in zero-retention mode. The transcript then drives AI answers and summaries. We do not keep recordings of your calls; only the resulting text and the data you choose to save stays with your account. Desktop and web, one account

MeetSnap runs as a desktop app for macOS and Windows — the live overlay you use during a call — plus a web dashboard to review past sessions, hiring reports, personas and documents. Everything syncs in real time, so you start on one and pick up on the other.

Who it is for

MeetSnap is built for people who run a lot of conversations and want to be present in them: job seekers preparing for and reviewing interviews, recruiters and hiring teams running structured screens, sales reps on discovery calls and demos, and anyone who would rather talk than type notes. It is designed for preparation, live note-taking and post-call review — not for defeating proctored exams or any setting where outside assistance has been prohibited (see our Terms of Service).

MeetSnap is an independent software product — not a venture-backed social network, and not affiliated with any other similarly named app. It is developed and operated by a small independent team that builds the desktop app, the web dashboard, and the cloud that powers them.
